James Chase started in recruitment. We were good at it, built strong relationships, and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to find genuinely exceptional technical talent. Over time, clients started asking us for more. Not just people, but thinking. So we grew into consulting. Not by accident, and not by adding a consulting label to recruitment conversations, but by building a genuine delivery capability with the people and experience to back it up. Today, James Chase operates as both a consulting partner and a recruitment specialist, and the two reinforce each other. We understand technical delivery because we do it. We find better talent because we know what good actually looks like from the inside.
