What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Country Director to develop marketing strategies.
- Optimise key metrics like retention, conversion, CPA, and LTV.
- Launch and manage essential marketing channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and an affiliate program.
- Analyse marketing performance and adapt strategies.
- Build relationships with the Central team and share insights.
- Develop a German-specific customer journey and drive retention and lifetime value.
- Manage a significant budget efficiently.
- Do you have a track record in e-commerce, team leadership, and B2C environments?
- Proficient in offline and online marketing, including SEO and SEM?
- Love marketing, understand e-commerce growth metrics, and have experience growing a business?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills?
- Fluent in German and English?
