Our client, a leading European agency, is seeking an experienced Web Analytics consultant with expertise in Adobe Analytics to join their innovative digital analytics team. This role is based in either Munich or Hamburg, offering a flexible and engaging work setting.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Web Analytics consultant (Adobe Analytics Specialist), you will:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to understand web analysis requirements and determine the appropriate web KPIs for reporting
  • Create dashboards, workspaces, and ad-hoc reports to highlight current trends and progress against established goals and lead generation activities
  • Monitor, identify, and analyse key KPIs and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for improving user experience and website engagement rates
  • Provide expert consultation and support to clients in the field of web and digital analytics
  • Conduct ad-hoc data extractions and analyses
Essential Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including Dashboard Insights and Analytics Workspace
  • Strong understanding of marketing channel processing rules and the ability to set up calculated metrics and segmentations in Adobe Analytics
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A customer-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Demonstrated passion, persistence and grit, coupled with a curious and continuously learning mindset
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with information security practices and principles
Even Better If You Have:
  • Proficiency in German
  • Experience with additional web analytics tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of data visualisation techniques and tools
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills
