Our client, an award-winning IT consultancy who specialise in cloud technologies, are seeking an Oracle DBA to join their team on a remote basis in the UK.
What You'll Do
Install, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Databases (10g - 19c).
Deliver reactive/proactive database support, performance tuning, RAC, Data Guard, RMAN.
Provide consultancy and support while building strong client relationships.
Work with cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or other vendors.
Participate in on-call rota.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA
Strong skills in Oracle installation, performance tuning, RAC, and Data Guard
Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, etc.).
Proficient in Shell/SQL scripting, and Linux/Windows environments.
ITIL certification or experience preferred.
Experience with other Oracle technologies, e.g. Weblogic, ASM, Exadata is a bonus.
